Gordon Singleton is one of Canada's most accomplished cyclists. In the late 1970s Gordon dominated Canadian sprinting. In 1980, he broke three world records in the span of 24 hours.
After a respite from competitive cycling, Gordon returned to the track in 1998 where he tore up the track again at the World Master's Cycling Championship in Manchester where he won the Sprint and Time Trial events. In 2006, Singleton was World Champion once again where he won the Sprint event at the Master's Worlds. A synopsis of Gordon's

Training advice from a World Champion
Since the opening of the Forest City Velodrome, Gordon has been acting as an advisor
and mentor to up-and-coming riders at the velodrome by holding clinics and providing
training guidance. Since the fall of 2006, Gordon has been providing training advice
in the way of regular programs that can be downloaded from our web site (see below).
