Use

1.  As soon as a rider has left the gate press the leftmost yellow button to drop the leg.  Then press and hold the button on the front side of the arm and move the arm down and back.

2.  Climb down off the gate, grab the next bike, and bring it up to the gate.  The rider who has just left the gate should not yet have completed their lap by the time you are back on the track with the next bike.

3.  Set the bike in the gate so that the side of the rear wheel is against the leg and the back of the rear wheel is against the backstop of the gate (the pillar at the back).  Check that the wheel is in line vertically with the backstop and hit the middle yellow button to set the brake.  If you make a mistake the red button just below the middle yellow button will release the brake.

4.  Press and hold the button on the front side of the arm and position the arm to grab the seat post of the bike.  Hop the front wheel of the bike up or down the track to align.  Then press the rightmost yellow button to set the arm clamp.  If you make a mistake the red button just below the rightmost yellow button will release the clamp.  When released the front wheel of the bike should not turn to either side.  If it does, hop the front wheel up (if turned to the right) or down (if turned to the left) the track to correct.

5.  The rider gets on the bike by coming around the gate from behind.

6.  Once the rider is clipped in, ask if they are ready to go.  When they are, press the red button on the com firmly and quickly.  If you hold the button in for too long, do not depress fully, or press too quickly, the countdown will not start or will stall.  Be decisive.

7.  Get the next bike in the gate as soon as the rider has left.

8.  Periodically check the pressure gage.   When the pressure drops below 3, bring up the compressor and put in more air.
